Kleboth und Dollnig work on exciting architecture projects, as well as on the implementation of unique city and village developments worthy to live in. All of the work revolves around the question of how to best use the potential of a certain place. This can either mean not building up a specific site, or densely populating it. All works by Kleboth und Dollnig are based on the principle of dealing with the finite resource real estate with the greatest possible care.
Numerous designs of Kleboth und Dollnig are currently being implemented and promising new projects are in progress, such as the new urban development strategy for Linz. Key urban development projects the team has been involved in are the master plan for Graz Reininghaus, the urban development for Graz West University of Applied Sciences Joanneum, Vienna Berresgasse, Vienna Muthgasse, Vienna Ödenburgerstrasse, as well as the village expansions of Oberndorf and Schwoich in Tyrol.
